Our Victory House provides a warm, clean nurturing barrier free
community living arrangement for up to 34 residents with private
and semi-private rooms and amenities. Victory’s facility is in West
Philadelphia near public parks, transportation, hospitals, places of
worship, eat in or order out restaurants and shopping centers.
Victory House is located at 935 North 42nd Street, Philadelphia, PA
the home also includes wheelchair ramp entrance, 42" wide ADA
doors, 18 fire exits with wide fire escapes for semi immobile
individuals, off street driveway, and a large, furnished lawn for
recreation with family and friends. The facility contains a
commercial kitchen, laundry room, nurse’s station, Internet service,
24 hour staff supervision, offices, 13 bedrooms, 9 private
bathrooms, cable TV and activity areas, dining area, private
telephone room, certified sprinkler and fire alarm systems and an
indoor-outdoor surveillance system to monitor movement in and
around the facility. Our facility complies with local licensing
regulations, fire, zoning codes, and is licensed by the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The facility has been renovated
and designed to provide security, and the appearance that is warm,
